Missed Appointment Fee:
Kindly give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. If you do not give the notice you will be charged the Missed Appointment fee (currently $50). Also, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the Missed Appointment Fee ($50).
Note: Insurance companies do not cover the missed appointment fee and you will be liable for the full amount of the fee.
